Holiday Home Kalterherberg Kalterherberg II This group house is in the village of Kalterherberg. It is a 10 minute drive from the town of Monschau. Lake Butgenbach is equally close. The lake is used for recreation.The house has been completely renovated and furnished in a modern style. The holiday home consists of 3 apartments, one of which is occupied by the owners.This large apartment occupies the whole of the ground floor. It has 5 bedrooms for 12 persons, 3 bathrooms, a sauna, a living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There are also BBQ possibilities in the furnished garden. There is a large lawn of around 6,500 m2 at the back of the house.The grounds are adjacent to many walking and mountain bike routes. Kalterherberg is near the Belgian border. It is in the heart of Hoge Venen National Park which is part of the Eifel region. The cities of Malmedy and Aachen are nearby.
